The Diploma of Hospitality course is focused towards Commercial Cookery. The course provides an enjoyable balance of practical ' hands on' experience in a high quality commercial kitchen with classroom based lectures. Graduates will have learned skills in a wide range of subjects to qualify them for employment in the expanding Hospitality industry. *CADET are providing students the opportunity to complete six additional complimentary units of competency to achieve a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) qualification. This qualification is currently on the Migration Occupation in Demand List.
