Academic Requirements

In general, entry to Certificate programs requires successful completion of the equivalent to Year 10 in Australia and Diploma programs require the equivalent of Year 12.

Some courses may have further requirements such as proficiency in specific subjects - for example, science, art or mathematics or portfolios relevant to the course.
Mature-age entry is usually offered as an alternative to Years 10 or 12 levels of study. For mature-age entry, you must be at least 21 years of age and have some relevant work experience.

If you have studied previously you may be eligible for credit transfer. Credit Transfer is the recognition of any equivalent study you have previously undertaken. To apply for credit transfer, you are required to provide evidence of the accredited study together with an Application for Credit Transfer form. Please consult the International Student Support Officer to determine your eligibility.

• In order for us to consider your actions, you should MAIL/COURIER to us officially stamped and certified copies of your:
• Academic records for senior secondary schooling/post secondary education/training
• The I.D. page of your passport
• Evidence of your English Proficiency
• AL3 and AL4 applicants must include IELTS
• Others should include IELTS or other evidence that your studies were completed in English language medium
• Any other documents which you feel would assist us to determine your suitability for the course.
